New Product Showcase: Medallion Monogram Ceremony Program

One thing I've noticed is that the monogram trend isn't fading anytime soon. It's something that not only can be carried throughout the wedding decor, but can be used well after the candles, linens and bridal attire are packed away.

Today we're showcasing our newest design, the Medallion Monogram ceremony program card. The front of the card features a custom signet encased by a medallion graphic, customizable in your choice of colors. Because of the program's slim & modern layout, you also have plenty of room to list your ceremony details &wedding party members inside the card. {Additional printing on the back is available for an additional fee.}

Whether you're wedding style is modern, elegant, classic, or vintage, this program is a great match to any decor. Check it out!

A New "Hat"

If you know me, then it's no mystery that I wear many hats.

Daughter.
Sister.
Wife.
Friend.
PR & Marketing Guru.
Graphic Designer.
Business Owner.

And now I'll be adding one more "hat" to my collection....Aunt! =)

Our nephew, Bentley, was born on April 14th and is absolutely perfect! He is such a doll baby. Since he and his parents live in northern Indiana, we are looking forward to many road trips up there to see my husband's brother, sister-in-law and little Bentley.

Of course, with a new baby also comes the task of announcing his arrival. So here's a look at the custom birth announcement card we designed exclusively for baby Bentley....

Etsy Envy: May Finds

If you live in Indiana, you know that May brings one thing.....race cars! =)

This entire month is filled with the roar of Indy cars at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, as they gear up for Memorial Day weekend's Indianapolis 500 race. I am so proud to live so close {and to have worked at} the largest & most famous sporting facility in the WORLD!

I'm taking a few short breaks from the studio this month & heading back to the track for a few weekends to help out in my old office. It's always great to go back to this incredible facility during such a fast-paced, high-energy event. Once you've been behind the scenes, it's easy to say that there is NOTHING like it in the world! It's event planning & organization at it's finest.

In honor of this amazing event and its incredible history, I'm dedicating this month's "Etsy Envy" feature to all things racing. Here are some of my favorite "Indy 500" themed items found on Etsy.....enjoy! =)

How cool is this vintage sterling silver Indy 500 charm? It dates back to the 1950-1960 era, and features a replica of the front straightaway and an "Indy car" from the early years. Love it!

These programs are from the 53rd, 54th and 55th running of the Indianapolis 500 - I can't imagine what fun ads and articles are in here! Plus, these would make a great Father's Day gift for the Indy Car racing buff...

If you're planning a race-themed party this month, check out these adorable {and edible!} race car cupcake toppers!

This colorful screenprint is a fabulous way to work in a little history into your home! It features a two-tone vintage Indy Car sketch, and can be mounted on a variety of vintage wallpapers to match your home decor.

A Day of Smiles and Surprises

Have you ever had one of those days where everything brings a smile to your face? Where it seems the universe has aligned in your favor? Yeah, today was one of those days. =)

This morning started off in downtown Indy with a Starbucks hot chocolate {my fave!} & a business chat with a local letterpress printer. I've long been wanting to add letterpress items to our product line, so I was beyond thrilled when they contacted me to discuss their services. I walked away from that meeting with a large handful of samples & anticipation to get started on new letterpress designs. {more details to come soon...}

Later in the day, I received a pretty little card in the mail from my Mother. Granted, she only lives 35 minutes from me. However, she always sends us a little something in the mail from time to time. To her, I attribute my appreciation for the traditional handwritten note....it can bring a smile to anyone's day. =)

And in the early evening, I heard the doorbell ring.....after which I opened up the door to find these....

After hearing my weekend rant about craving a Dylan's dark chocolate + sea salt bar from NYC, my sneaky husband decided to order me some (along with a few treats for himself)!! {Tonight's dessert - check!}

Could this day get any better?? I think I'd better not hold my breath, as I've been a pretty lucky girl so far. =)

An action-packed week!

Talk about an action-packed week, both in and out of the studio!

First off, if you've been keeping an eye on our Facebook page and/or our Etsy shop, you've probably noticed some new designs & products popping up! Needless to say, we couldn't be more excited about our new round menu cards, reception signage, wrap-around address labels, and new wedding invitation designs! They've been long in the works, and they are the first of many new additions to our product line this wedding season...so stay tuned. =)

We also recently lent our design expertise to the lovely folks over at Snappening, as they prepare for their next event - their official Launch Party! We can't wait to attend this event, taking place in the breathtaking D'Amore space on the Chase Tower's 48th floor. If you're a professional who is in any way involved in event planning, this is definitely an event to add to your calendars - but be sure to RSVP! {Not familiar with Snappening? You can read all about them here.}

And of course, through all of the new designs & industry events, we're still churning out fabulous custom invitations, graduation announcements & other stationery. So keep an eye on our Facebook page for sneak peeks at our latest custom design work. =)
