A month in review

......has it really been almost a month since I've posted last?? Yikes!

In my defense, August was my busiest month. EVER. Besides finishing up the final touches for a record number of August brides (programs, placecards, menus, you name it!)....I was also wrapping up production on custom invites for my fall brides. It's a lovely, never ending cycle here in the studio. Good thing I love what I do! =)

August also brought another big feat to our company - the title of BEST INVITATIONS IN INDY! We are walking away with this title for the 2nd year in a row, and owe it ALL to YOU, our fans & friends. Thank you so much for your votes & continued support. We love all of you!

So as I gather my thoughts & wisdom for upcoming blog posts, I'll leave you with some snapshots of a few big orders from this past month....enjoy! =)

Top o' the morning....evening to ya! =)

It's St. Patrick's Day, and I've been busy all day working on a big invitation order in the colors black and GREEN, fittingly! It's a lovely invitation suite for a local bride & groom, and features a monogram & an old-fashioned damask pattern. Here's a sneak peek!

It's finally done & ready to ship, so I am taking a {much needed} break from the studio. My plans? To grab dinner with my husband and get out for a bit to enjoy the weather {currently registering at a lovely 70 degrees}.

So if you're Irish {or just Irish for the day}, I hope everyone gets out to enjoy this gorgeous sunshine, relax with good company & partake in a tasty green beverage! =)

Thinking outside the box

If it's one thing I love, it's a wedding that is totally outside of the box! Don't get me wrong, there's always something magical about the ever-popular afternoon ceremony and evening cocktail/dinner reception. However, it's always great seeing a bride trying something a bit outside of the norm.
